"My sister was employed here for a few years and loves her job and the patients. This place is very poorly managed by control freaks who do not care about these patients at all. They constantly keep the staff at odds with one another and have no clue what they are doing. "I had the pleasure of picking up a resident and having lunch every so often for a couple of years and he was very happy with where he lived and how the staff treated him and his wife. He spoke very highly of Rice Estate. I would definitely recommend Rice Estate to anyone looking for an assisted living facility with a great staff and lots of activities for the residents!"
