"Thanks 🙏 for referrals. The Staff and maintenance are very professional 😊. Lots of Activities for the tenants. I love it here too. My apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be monitored by the Memphis Police Department Real-time Cameras in the North East and West Areas of the Neighborhood. Dog walk area with litter box and Excellent Security."

"First impressions were definitely causing me to have the what are we getting ourselves into thoughts! It's not very clean nor are there much in the way of amenities for said "seniors". Christine, are you sure you're reviewing Glendale Park? We don't have you in our system as a resident or a guest. Glendale is a senior housing building dedicated to those that have low to very low income; the owner pays all the utilities, which are included in the rent. Maximum rental rates are determined by the restricted use contract for the building. Because of the limited income the site generates, there is less funds to add amenities, not to mention the space constraints. Glendale modernized both elevators, replaced the roof, boilers and fire safety systems, in addition to adding cameras to common areas and improving the lighting though out the building. We provide pest control service on a preventative bases and whenever a resident has a specific issue. Our apologies if your apartment cleaning was not up to par, if you had notified us, we would have contact the cleaning company to return and address any areas they may have missed. Our onsite staff will continue to serve your needs and those of our other residents, so please feel free to reach out to us at the onsite office if we can be of service to you.

"Outside is trashy, around dumpsters are prime residents for cockroaches and rodents. Sewage is coming up through drainholes and the smell is awful. I guess for some it is the cheapest place affordable but do them justice by taking care of the grounds."
