"My mom has been at this place since Monday September 20th. No shower, no bed change, she has to wait over an hour for pain medicine after having a major surgery. Place is so unprofessional. On a couple of occasions she's had to get out of bed and walk to the nurses Station to ask about pain medicine. Don't even get me started on the food. It's awful and not fitting for... Read More

"The pain control post OP was horrible. I have never been in so much and nobody seemed to care. Some caregivers were excellent and some really bad. When I was sweating and shaking in pain, I was ignored. No calls made on my behalf."
