"Heartbreaking Experience - Lack of Care & Communication
Our experience here was devastating. Our Dad was transferred to this facility after being discharged from the hospital completely clear of infections and breathing issues. He was only supposed to be there for 2 weeks to complete his IV antibiotics and receive PT. Tragically he died in less than 5 days. The first ni... Read More

"Do not bring anyone you love here. I can tell some of the staff are doing the best that they can but it is far from enough. The facility smells awful, there are residents just parked in the hallways and this is far from a rehabilitation center. "My wife came here 2 days ago and she has a couple of complaints. #1. The food is always cold. It took them 6 meals to get the correct food she could eat. #2 They bring medicine in for, she simply ask a question "what am I taking ?"
