"This place is awful. Nursing staff doesn't care. Always short staffed. Nursing care isn't provided even though its ordered. Never get cleaned up or have clean sheets put on bed. Management doesn't follow through with complaints. Menu never changes and when you tell them you can't eat what they are serving you are out of luck. "Experience was awesome!!! This was my visit first visit to this location, and I am amazed with the work I witnessed!!
