"We first became interested in this community April of 2022. We were told then the pool, community center, and all other amenities would be completed by the end of 2022. We are now told 2024. HND realty is starting the 2nd phase of the community but don't seem to care at all if they ever finish the amenities.

"Had we have been told (it's called discloser), that there are serious water problems with many homesites including ours we would never have bought here . 2/3rds of our yard is unusable, no fencing and limited landscaping because it's always wet.
