"2 years ago I would have given them 4 or maybe even 5 stars, but over the last year, the executive team has shown that their main concern is NOT of the residents, but about their bottom line. The expansion plan of Longhorn Village was set forth during the original development of the community nearly 20 years ago. This repositioning includes not only an expansion but also a remodel and refresh of our existing community. The remodeling and expansion of our community will consist of a new and expanded fitness center, new restaurants, an art studio, an expanded and improved wellness center, and a new Club Room. Longhorn Village apologizes for any inconvenience this will cause our current residents and families. Longhorn Village hopes these changes will enhance the quality of life for our residents.
As an Austin nonprofit, our purpose has always been to serve our community and provide exceptional service and care to our residents. Longhorn Village appreciates your comments about our team members and the service they provide to your mother; we feel very fortunate to have these skilled individuals at Longhorn Village.
