"This place is all about there quotas no quality care. When visiting a client Aids are instructed to go in and out quickly.
I know l was a employee there. I disagreed with the 20 minutes of care we had to care for our clients when doing Personal care/Showers."
Response from management
Good afternoon Sheena,
We're finding it difficult to reconcile the differences in your recollection of your time as an employee here at Magnolia with our actual practices. It’s our policy to adhere to the highest standards placed by CHAP and undergo regular reviews to ensure those standards are met. As such, we do not now, nor have we ever, dictated, expected, or asked our Home Health Aides to supply only 20 minutes of care to a patient. We are also not quota-driven, especially if it means sacrificing the quality of our clinical care, which is always our utmost concern.
While these comments surprise us, we’re always committed to understanding your perspective and if there is something we can do to improve how we serve our community. We’d appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you further over the phone to address your concerns and to avoid perpetuating information that does a disservice to the thousands of hours our employees spend providing excellent care to our patients and their families each week. Please feel free to contact our Executive Director, Paul, at 806-587-0121 so we can hear more about your perspective.

I was devastated, scared and all alone, that is until they arrived and from the... Read More

"I have to say the nurses are amazing and I have to say Julia and Mitch and Kathy are amazing. Julia is amazing nurse and Kathy is an amazing aide, Mitch comes to memory care and does doll therapy and the resident love it. I can’t express how much they bring to them."
Response from management
Hi Haven, thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. It means so much to hear that their care and compassion is making a real difference. We'll be sure to share your words with them. Thank you again for your support and trust in our team.
