"Horrible place that doesn’t care about their patients more worried about enforcing their power over you than to help you get what the patient needs.. my wife was on oxygen assistance and they didn’t keep up with her trach care. They would not check her often enough she had so much secretions (mucus) that she tried to get it out on her own which was impossible and she ended... Read More

"I would not recommend putting your loved one in this facility. My relative is currently there and has experienced a noticeable decline in the several months that they have been there. The majority of the staff is not friendly or helpful. They will often argue with you to avoid doing their duties when your loved one simply needs help with things like going to the bathroom.... "My mom has been in here for about a week and a half. She is paralyzed from the waist down and struggles to hold things due to a previous incident. The staff hardly give her water, and she has to beg to get any sort of care. One time she was talking via webcam with a friend, complaining about this, and a nurse immediately got her water.
