We regret to hear that you had this experience with a member of our team. We strive to provide excellent service to all our residents and prospects and we apologize for falling short in this instance. When we spoke, I believe you mentioned you were texting Keaton on her personals cell phone. She mentioned on 9/11 via email she would be out of office for the next 3 days on vacation and provided contacts who would be able assist in her absence. When you called on 9/13, we notified you that the home had been taken off the market by someone else (as we did not receive your application for your desired unit), we did our best to find you a comparable unit in size, price, and location as the one next door was available.
We discussed your concerns with you over the phone, but regret to hear that you are not fully satisfied. Please know that your satisfaction and comfort are of utmost importance to us and we take your concerns seriously. If something is the fault of our community, we will always take ownership. We hope you are willing to give us a chance to find your perfect home, we would love the opportunity to restore your confidence in our team.
