"I really liked my apartment, which was spacious and bright. The location is excellent for walking, shopping and recreation. The building itself could use some refreshing. Hallway carpets are filthy, stairwells and the garage could use a good powerwashing or paint, and hallways and apartment doors should be cleaned or repainted.
