"I could share all the negative things about this place but I don’t feel like writing a book. However, I will say the director doesn’t know what she’s doing. She treats the families extremely poorly, rude, and unprofessionally. There really is also poor communication between the employees and even directors. "I'd visit my mother nearly every week and the other residents frequently complained of the facility being understaffed and the food quality being poor.
As for my mom, it was pulling teeth trying to get someone to clean her room adequately and do her laundry, no matter how many people I asked or how a plan was worked out. Nobody seemed to communicate with anybody or they ju... Read More
