"GSH is a great company and their volunteer department is dedicated and committed to their patients. The volunteer director, Shauntae, is an incredibly kind, dedicated, and enthusiastic person who encourages her team and volunteers every step of the way. There's no one else I would recommend to take care of your loved one but the GSH team!"

"I have been very disappointed with their care the last couple of months. I have had to call several time and remind them to shower and to bring supplies because we are out. Also for some reason good shepherd stopped showering or washing the hair of my love one. He did not get a shower for 10 days so I had to find other help."

"This was the most difficult choice I had to make. I ended up discontinuing services with one hospice group and picked up Good Shepherd due to the lack of support. The first day, Good Shepherd came in and had my Dad showered, shaved and back in his bed. He had not had a shower or shave in months (and he’d been in and out of the hospital).
