"First day not even 5 hours after leaving my mom on “good hands” i came to check up on her and she was left alone with no attention and really hungry, after asking for assistance the staff was very rude and unprofessional. They had 0 protocol and leaving elders near exits while the guy in front desk watching the super bowl.

"All the staff are very attentive to the residents. The staff create a loving and happy environment for the residents and patient and tend to each individual need to optimize personalized care.
