"This place is nice and provides a great atmosphere for the over 55 community. That where it stops. My mom broke her hip unexpectedly and was nearing the end of her lease, while in the hospital our family moved her out and into our home. We surrendered the apartment n the 30th of the month and they still charged her rent for the next 6 days to exhaust her deposit. They clai... Read More

It's important we point out that we explained to your mother that she would be responsible for the home until the keys were handed in to us. You did not turn the keys in until after her lease had ended, and all charges are supported by the lease agreement and policies we explained to her prior to the conclusion of her lease. Our Community Manager has granted courtesies and accommodations in regards to these issues, and we've made multiple attempts to reach you. "When I first moved here I thought it would be an ideal place I could call home. That’s not true anymore.
The rules are made but not enforced. When people have rules and manage a property, then they need to inspect the property when things go wrong. People fighting, room mates screaming at each other, people smoking on their patios, people not picking up after their pets... Read More
