"If I could give a lower rating I would. I was trying to find out why mother was denied by The facility because my morhwrs,insurance said they had not denied her. "My mother first day there they never came in to change her to check on her to see if she needed water. The second day which was on Saturday same thing so I called state and she will be going elsewhere fit rehab this place sucks most of staff on north hall don't do their jobs including head nurse, the aides, techs no one on that hall got the service they are to receive..
