Response from management
Dear Valerie W,
Thank you for your feedback. We are usually known for our compassionate hospice care and regret that we did not live up to our standards. Houston Hospice, 1905 Holcombe Blvd. does allow two visitors per room at a time, and has done so throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and invite you to reach out to Amena in our quality department at 713-467-7423. Together, we will discuss your concerns and a work on a plan to move forward.
Sincerely,
Houston Hospice
