"The residents were great. Most of the staff was awesome. The administration however needs an overhaul. I now understand why they use so many agency people. The outright aggressive/abusive behavior of a supervisor/manager/administration person as she professed to be was astounding not just to me but other employees and in view of residents including their own apartments.
