"The majority of the caregivers are wonderful, caring people. Unfortunately, the Auberge does not hire nearly enough of these caregivers, so the place is woefully understaffed.
The front office experiences very high turnover and is another case entirely. When signing the initial contract upon move-in, they neglect to point out the predatory pricing practices family members... Read More

"In the fourteen months that my wife was a resident of Auberge, there were four complete changes in the front office management and Executive Director, she was left unattended in soiled diapers numerous times, often having unexplained/unreported bruising on hands and legs, faxes of doctor’s orders being neglected for days, being required to hire a private Caregiver due to h... "The Auberge at Sugar Land is a wonderful facility! The staff is well trained in caring for those with Alzheimer’s, and they know how to redirect instantly. Every time I am out there, the facility is being cleaned. There are daily activities for the residents, and the staff knows how to get everyone involved in these activities. Their staff is superb!
