"Assessment of GB and the move-in experience was refreshingly favorable. Cherlaine was a delight to work with. Very open, empathetic, and intentional with recognizing and acting upon Mom's needs. I would like to see more consistency in quality of food, but otherwise Mom's first month experience has been consistent with initial impressions!"
