"The communication was horrible and they first tell you that you get the application accepted and then supposedly it’s decline because of the source of income. They literally already had the apt down with my name."

"It was an absolute nightmare living in this property. The amenities were never available for residents. Fire alarm would go off once a month causing elevators not to work and there were a lot of elderly people who struggled to evacuate from 2nd and 3rd floor alarm would ring for hours in the middle of the night.
