Response from management
Hi Kimberly. Thank you for your review, we will use your feedback to help provide a better experience for all. We are truly sorry for your experience and can understand your frustration. We hope that with a little direction and process, we can help with your understanding and our follow-through. Our intention is to make sure that your loved one's needs are being met as well as understand your expectations. When calling the community, please ask for the executive director as they will be able to follow up on any concerns that you or your loved one may have. They can also filter communication to all necessary staff involved. In addition, we want to make sure that you are connecting with your loved one, even if it has to be virtual. The executive director can help facilitate this as well. Thank you.

Review from Google
"I am a former resident that just recently moved because of the horrendous loving conditions and because my family would not even visit me there because they hated it and how dirty it was. All the good staff quit when the current director came on board and then when the new owners bought the place."
Response from management
Hi Barbara, we are very sorry for the experience that you have had, but appreciate the time you took to let us know. It's unfortunate that we haven't been able to have any family visits since March due to COVID-19. But we look forward to reopening as soon as it is safe to do so. We would like to speak with you more about your experience with the staff. We are always open to ways in which we can serve our residents the best we can. Please call us at (210) 653-3132 at your earliest convenience. Thank you.
