"When we were serving residents in their rooms myself and other servers were exposed to nakedness and rooms that smelled so awful that I was put on nausea medication and recently put on anxiety medicine due to being overworked, residents walking around without masks, dementia residents kissing on each other.Residents are now back eating in the dining room with repetitive me... We are sorry that your time as a food server with us was not to your liking.
We love our residents and strive to provide the best care - even for some who face more difficult challenges. We appreciate your bringing those concerns to our administrator’s attention, as a result she spoke with that resident one-on-one about it. The situation is now improved.
We understand that delicious meal variety is very important to our residents.
We offer different meals every day of the month, and in addition, we offer salads, soups, (flavors vary), and sandwiches (flavors vary).

We take the COVID threat very seriously, and have implemented many safety and screening procedures, including all state and county health department guidelines.
