"The good things about this facility was their physical therapy staff, office staff—Rachel, some of the nurses —and a couple of the CNA’s (Nancy). But I felt the facility was not clean and well taken care of (although the maintenance man was great. He took care of a heating problem in my room quickly and efficiently. He was great!)
