"It's super expensive, but nice facility(apartments themselves are pretty average). The staff is pretty nice and I feel like my mom is well taken care of, except when they are understaffed, and they are understaffed A LOT! "Our first impressions were poor from the moment we tried to get into the building to being greeted to being told that the information provide the week before was fully inaccurate including memory care vacancy and pricing. We were offered the opportunity to leave a large deposit for a wait that could be “at least” 2 months and non-refundable.
