"Was 6 weeks past contract target date. At the last minute, we only had 1 day between orientation and closing. First day in found water underneath floor planks. Flooring had to be ripped up. Loud fans and dehumidifier had to run around the clock to attempt to dry up water. 3 weeks later still cutting holes in walls looking for source of the leak. Living in these conditions... Read More

The timing of your closing with the holidays created a shorter time frame between your orientation and closing. Additionally, you were kept informed throughout the build process with weekly phone calls and emails as to the construction schedule. As you were told, when new homes come online, often there are delays that are beyond our control. In this instance, the power lines were delayed being installed by the power compainies contractor. This is something that we often encounter , but it is out of our control.
We are sorry you are having issues with a leak in your new home. Our team has been in touch with you regarding this and was not permitted to come into your home until today to address the situation. We expect the situation to be resolved expeditiously and for you to be able to enjoy your new home. As with any construction project, there can be instances requiring warranty. We are pleased to offer you emergency warranty services, a 45 day request list and an 11 month request list.
Our team will ensure you are satisfied in your new home and your current problems with the leak are remedied.
