"What can I tell you about shags well some are great and some are often you got to watch which ones you go to as are certain ones that are not well kept up and certain ones that make a lot of noise in their apartments and they don't do nothing about it and then there's certain ones that are run down and don't look good it is depends on the one you pick always pick the newes...
