"Not good location my auntie is afraid to walk to the grocery store next to her apartment"

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am sorry your Aunt feels this way. Crime in the area has reduced over the last year. We do have a bus that takes residents shopping once a week. "One more update . . . I have thankfully moved out of the building so no longer have to deal with smokers or the mentally ill and extremely inconsiderate woman disrupting my sleep. I do want to share that before I moved, the management changed once again (there were 11 changes in management during the 3.5 years I lived there). The new manager is named Kasey. She is lovely.... "Fast repair on my mailbox, submitted request late Thursday and by mid-afternoon on Friday it was done. Not only did I get an email confirmation, but he was kind enough to stop by and let me know it was fixed. I would call that excellent service.
