"I have questions about the previous reviews. Those people don’t live in this building so they are fake. The manager of this building is horrible. None of the other staff will stay here because things are terrible. Everyone decent finds a reason to leave. The manager makes it obvious she doesn’t like the tenants. "We just moved my mother in law out of this place. Affordable senior housing at $1800 per month for a teeny cubical apartment? In a neighborhood surrounded by a homeless encampment with garbage, needles, addicts laying on the sidewalks everywhere & car break-ins every night & catalytic converter thefts. Please know that we are deeply committed to the comfort and quality of life for all our residents. We are in regular contact with the city officials, and consistently report activities such as encampments when we see them form around our community.
This is not something we take lightly. While progress can sometimes feel slow, we are always doing everything within our power to help our residents.

"Building is infested with bed bugs. I can see where they travel just by looking at my walls! Because they let it get so bad it will never be treated because my understanding is they have to remove everybody from the building for three or four days and heat treat the building. Which will never happen. They'd rather charge us more rents and not making improvements."

We understand how frustrating pest problems can be. If you are currently experiencing a concern in your apartment, we always encourage you to contact our management team at Interurban so we can assist.
We take concerns about pests—especially bed bugs—very seriously and want to clarify that our community is not infested. We work proactively to maintain a clean and healthy environment through ongoing pest control services and prompt response to any reported issues. Our renters’ insurance also includes bed bug treatment for the residents, and we've also held community-wide educational meetings in partnership with our pest control provider to help residents recognize and prevent these issues.
It's not a simple thing to eliminate, but we are always working with residents to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please check with our management team at Interurban if you are experiencing concerns, and encourage other residents to do the same.
