"This place is very unprofessional and rude both to agency workers and help that they NEED. I picked up a shift here for the first time and they failed to give me report on the patients I was assigned to. "I think because Foss is church based and a non-profit they get away with a lot of elder care violations. Management all receive six figure salaries, meanwhile the staff is about the lowest paid anywhere but despite that, most of them are descent, nice people. "My wife and I joined one of the residents and her son-in-law for the annual summer barbecue. The setting was lovely, grassy, lawn and gentle zephyrs blowing through the shade from the trees.
The staff was attentive, and the apartment that we saw was very neat and well-maintained. The person we were visiting says she is well cared for and enjoys living here."
