"I have lived here over 12 years and this is the very best staff I have experienced. Robin, the head of maintenance, is fantastic. He was very prompt in replying to my work order and is always smiling and cordial. Tasha, the manager, is the best we have had here. Her assistant, Gel, is also on top of her game. This complex is conveniently located at the edge of the International District, walking distance to Pioneer Square and downtown. Public transportation is easily accessed nearby. But be prepared for the steep hilly terrain.
