"If u Value ur lived ones life don't put them here they don't take care of the residents at all the second shift staff is very lazy all they do is go out for cigarettes and run across the street to the liquor store the only CNA there that cares on second shift is Stacey and she is spread very thin cause everyone wants her. "They are consistently short staffed. As a result I've seen them take short cuts that endangers the people there. They transfer residents using hoyers by themselves. I've waited with my friend more than 30 minutes to get help. The rooms are dirty and you see dinner trays litter the hallways and dining areas. "Very unprofessional with the exception of the few that do care. Employees seeming to have verbal confrontation with each other in the hall outside of patient rooms. When is it ok to let patients sit behind the desk at the nurses station and use the restroom in the nurses station? Isn't that a HIPPA privacy issue? Also, the ignoring of the call lights.
