"Clement Manor is the worst place to send your loved or be employed at if you’re of color. The nurses get away with basically not caring for the residents. Nurses refuse to see residents during the night because they only have two nurses staffed for only two units everyone else is on their own. "My father was at Clement Manor for a year and a half until he passed away at age 93. He was quite content and comfortable there. The staff love him and he loved them. He walked the halls regularly with his walker to stay active. The food wasn’t the best but my father didn’t complain. We would bring meals and eat with him occasionally or bring take out food as he was not on... Read More
